  • Evaluations are a mandatory part of our process. We understand that every body is made unique; therefore, our specialists evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) that guide our programming and determine the appropriate plan of action for each individual.

  • We understand that not everyone is ready or willing to be part of a group training program.  Therefore, we offer private lessons to individuals wanting or needing the individualized attention.

  • Whether your child desires to be a professional athlete or not, building a foundation of fitness will assist every child in developing healthy lifestyle habits. Within this program, we are fostering athletic development in a safe and fun environment, challenging athletes in fundamental motor and movement skills as well as technical speed development.

  • We understand that young developing athletes over-compete and under train. This is a critical period of athletic development and we will instill the necessary skills to prepare the athletes for Eli+e performance.  We will utilize technical speed and agility drills, promote foundational strength & power development, improve reaction time, develop proper energy systems, and teach essential mobility & flexibility exercises.

  • 75 minutes sessions 3+ days / week

  • The Transition from high school to college athletics can be overwhelming.  You would never think about competing at the next level without physically preparing for competition first.  At Positive Sports Lab, our high school programs are built on the same principles that support our professional athletes.  We will develop speed, agility, strength, power, flexibility, proper nutritional habits and character development to maximize your talents on the playing field.  Whether looking for individualized or team training, our programs are customized to your performance needs.  We embody the complete athlete.

  • 90 minute sessions 3+ days / week

  • Being a successful athlete requires tremendous discipline and guidance. As a collegiate athlete, you will constantly be challenged to compete against some of the best talent in the country.  PSL’s collegiate programs are built on the same principles that support our professional athletes.  We will develop you physically, mentally and nutritionally to compete up to your genetic potential, and we will educate you on how to prepare for the rigors of collegiate athletics.  Whether looking for individualized or team training, our programs are customized to your performance needs.  We embody the complete athlete.  

Pro Lab

PRO

  • Evaluation Required
     

  • 90-120 minute sessions 3+ days / week that are geared to maximize the individual needs of each athlete in relationship to their respective sport.  All areas of athletic development are utilized to push the limits of performance. We utilize velocity based training (VBT), maximal strength protocols, recovery tools, position specific field work with video analysis and consistent body comp measures to establish baselines and progress throughout the program.
