7-Step Process
At Positive Sports Lab, we deliver individualized training programs tailored to the needs of each athlete and their respective goals. We view performance as a multi-faceted discipline, which requires detailed programming in order to achieve desired results. We focus our programming on identifying and fine tuning areas of strength, but also addressing and improving compensation patterns and areas of weakness. Improving upon our weaknesses will not only allow for improved performance and quality of life, but will decrease overall injury potential.

Our 7-Step Process
We realize that education is the first step to consistency.
Properly educating our athletes on the foundational principles of performance will prepare them to succeed. We pride ourselves on creating functional movements, which will match the physical demands they encounter in sport. Our performance programs are created around our 7-step process, which will support the needs of any athlete determined to succeed.

5. StrengthOur comprehensive strength training methods are developed to optimize performance. We focus on developing functional strength, relative strength, absolute strength, core strength, stability and balance.
-
6. MovementWe will enhance your acceleration, speed, explosiveness and change of direction mechanics by incorporating a systematic approach to training for movement.
